This comparison underscores the global expansion and potential of live stream shopping as a retail phenomenon.

Our business model is designed to be both sustainable and growth-oriented, leveraging multiple revenue streams to ensure profitability while maintaining competitive pricing. We generate income through a competitive transaction and service fee applied to both clients and merchants for each sale completed on our platform. Additionally, delivery fees are implemented selectively, based on the specifics of each order. Beyond transactions, we capitalize on ad revenue, providing businesses with a platform to reach a highly engaged audience. We further enhance our revenue through kickbacks from referral services, linking businesses with third-party services that can enhance their operations, thereby creating a symbiotic ecosystem that benefits all parties involved.

Phase One, dubbed the “Building Phase,” introduces our elite Personal Shopper service where clients at partner hotels can enjoy tailored shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences. Clients will be guided through local attractions with live hosts ready to book reservations or shop for last-minute needs, delivering items to the concierge for easy pickup. We’ll partner with surrounding businesses, offering them exposure through referral codes. These partners will manage their engagements via our Partner Hub, which simplifies shop management and analytics. We start in dense urban areas, learning and adapting our model, turning obstacles into procedures that will lay the groundwork for future expansion.

In Phase Two, we open our services to all users, expanding from hotel clients to the general public, to build our network’s foundation. We’ll roll out in segments, optimizing each service from retail to reservations. With this groundwork, we introduce the Private Shopper Network, where shoppers bid to provide personalized shopping sessions, enhancing user engagement and variety. This phase strengthens our infrastructure for a broader user base, paving the way for growth.
